双色平盘蛋糕
一盘做出两种口味的蛋糕。

  • 大鸡蛋4个
  • 牛奶50g
  • 玉米油50g
  • 低粉65g
  • 幼砂糖50g
  • 法芙娜可可粉5g
  • 玉米油5g

Steps to make 双色平盘蛋糕

  • 1.5克可可粉加5克玉米油提前拌匀(也可用热水)。
  • 2.原味蛋糕糊。
  • 3.加原味蛋糕糊混合。
  • 4.蛋白一次加入幼砂糖打发。
  • 5.混合蛋白后的两种蛋糕糊(可分别装裱花袋里)。
  • 6.我直接倒入烤盘的,先倒原味利用刮刀刮齐再倒可可糊。
  • 7.转震后放入烤箱,150度中层25分钟左右(时间温度仅供参考)。
  • 8.出炉震出热气。
  • 9.毛巾面(用裱花袋会均匀些)。
  • 10.可可味切小块可做奶油蛋糕盒。
  • 11.出游方便携带。
  • 12.原味的可做肉松小贝。
