  • 酸奶50克
  • 白糖60克
  • 吉利丁粉15克
  • 可可粉50克

Steps to make 巧克力慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.先烤1个6寸戚风蛋糕
  • 2.从中间剖开,切去多余的边缘
  • 3.酸奶倒入碗中加入吉利丁粉
  • 4.隔热水搅拌匀放凉备用
  • 5.淡奶油倒入盆中,加入白糖
  • 6.隔冰打至6、7分发
  • 7.倒入酸奶吉利丁溶液
  • 8.倒入可可粉搅拌匀,巧克力慕斯液就做好了
  • 9.把蛋糕中的一片铺在模具底下,倒入巧克力慕斯液,放入冰箱冷藏4小时以上
  • 10.脱模
  • 11.开吃
