    • 1.猪肚先用盐擦洗正反两面后,再冷水下锅焯煮20分钟
    • 2.准备调料。

    • 5.然后倒入猪肚丝翻炒。
    • 6.在碗中倒入料酒稍多一些,黄豆酱2勺,花椒粉适量调匀。
    • 7.然后倒入到锅中,浇上一些米醋煮上10分钟盖盖小火焖10分钟。
    • 8.这时将洋葱切丝青红椒切丝备用。
    • 9.快收汁的时候,将猪肚丝捌到锅边,倒入少量油。
    • 10.然后倒入洋葱丝炒香。
    • 11.再将锅边的猪肚丝与洋葱混合翻炒(如果觉得汁太干,可以浇上一些料酒再炒)。
    • 12.最后加入青红椒翻炒。
    • 13.加盐和蔬之鲜调味即可。
