坚果巧克力酥香饼干
我家娃爸为了支持我的烘焙大业,他跑到图书馆给我借了几本烘焙书,分别是来自德,韩,法大师们的精心作品,我挑了几个学习了一下,话说真心的好吃呢。先送上这款德式的饼干,原方子是用了足足的巧克力,但我只用了一半,另一半我就用核桃仁来搭配了,个人觉得这样子混搭出来的更为健康。

  • 低面粉180g
  • 可可粉13g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 小苏打2g
  • 核桃仁80g
  • 黄油75g
  • 白糖120g
  • 2g

Steps to make 坚果巧克力酥香饼干

  • 1.备料如图所用材料。
  • 2.黄油回软,先打至顺滑,再分次加入白砂糖及细盐。。
  • 3.再分次加入蛋液。
  • 4.打至融合后,不用打至糖化。再将低粉,苏打粉,可可粉过筛加入。
  • 5.拌至微融合后,再加入核桃仁及可可豆。
  • 6.入容器定型,再入冰箱冷冻半小时左右。
  • 7.再拿出来改刀,分开一点摆放。
  • 8.再上火175下火150烤制15分钟即可。
  • 9.这样子一款超酥松的坚果巧克力酥香饼干完成。
