【面包诱惑】——培根芝士卷
好久没有发日志了~今天送上一款美味诱人的培根芝士卷~喜欢面包的朋友可以试试哦~甜甜咸咸的,味道很特别~有肉的面包很有爱啊~

这次的试用中心推出的神器,会不会做出更加美味的面包呢!好期待!

  • 高粉200g
  • 牛奶80g
  • 淡奶油50g
  • 培根6片
  • 奶酪片6片
  • 白砂糖10g
  • 酵母2g
  • 黄油20g
  • 5g

Steps to make 【面包诱惑】——培根芝士卷

  • 1.黄油之外的所有材料揉匀成团至稍具延展性,加入黄油后揉至可拉出薄膜
  • 2.盖保鲜膜发酵至2、5倍大
  • 3.取出排气分成三等份,滚圆饧20分钟
  • 4.取一块面团,擀成长度和培根差不多,宽十几厘米的长方形
  • 5.放上两片奶酪
  • 6.再铺上两片培根
  • 7.从一头开始卷起
  • 8.用刀一切为二
  • 9.然后拼成花朵的形状,如果有梅花模具,可以放入抹过黄油的6寸梅花模。入烤箱,不开火,放一杯热水,发酵约30-40分钟至两倍大。拿出刷蛋液,烤箱预热180度,中层,上下火,25分钟。
