Steps to make 巧克力随心饼干棒

  • 1.杏仁片放入烤箱,上下火170度烘烤约2分钟至表面发黄。取出冷却后碾成小碎片备用。
  • 2.低筋面粉、全脂奶粉、泡打粉、小苏打、糖粉混合过筛备用。
  • 3.倒入打散的鸡蛋、融化成液态的黄油、香草精。
  • 4.用手将所有材料揉成面团,直到表面光滑为止。
  • 5.将面团置于案板上,擀开成薄片。
  • 6.将面片对折两次,然后擀平,如此重复四次。最后将面团擀平成厚约5mm的长方形薄片。再用刀裁掉边角,使之成为规则的长方形。
  • 7.用直尺比着,用刀把面团切成宽度约5mm的细长条(用轮刀最好)。
  • 8.将切好的细面条摆放在垫有油纸的烤盘上,放入预热好的烤箱,上下火170度,烘烤10-12分钟,直到表面微黄色。取出将饼干晾凉。
  • 9.巧克力隔水融化成液态。将饼干棒在巧克力里蘸一下,让它的大部分都裹上巧克力。
  • 10.最后在杏仁片碎里滚一圈。蘸上杏仁片碎后放在烤网上,静置直到巧克力完全凝固即可食用。
