上次做的皮冻还有剩,不能浪费,做汤包正好哦。

  • 1.面粉中先加一半的热水,然后慢慢加冷水,先搅拌成粉屑
  • 2.搓揉成团,反复揉打
  • 3.揉成光滑的面团
  • 4.盖上湿布醒发半小时,我是中午揉的面,放在冰箱里,下班回来拿出来包的
  • 5.上次做的皮冻拿出来切成丁,与肉馅混合
  • 6.香菇切丁
  • 7.混入香菇丁,放入葱姜末,料酒,盐,生抽,白胡椒粉混合搅拌均匀
  • 8.面团拿出来搓成条,切成小剂子,25克一个
  • 9.用擀面棒擀成薄皮
  • 10.包上肉馅,捏皱子,放入蒸笼
  • 11.冷水上锅蒸,第一笼大概需要20分钟左右
  • 12.出笼
