新疆老式面包

  • 无盐黄油25g
  • 白芝麻少许(装饰)
  • 干酵母粉5g
  • 精盐1g
  • 白糖50g

Steps to make 新疆老式面包

  • 1.秤取常温鲜奶250ml、干酵母粉5g、白糖50g。
  • 2.再加入无味植物油40ml和常温鸡蛋1个,继续搅拌。
  • 3.搅拌均匀。
  • 4.高筋粉450g➕盐1g,和液体混合,翻拌均匀,使液体全部被面粉吸收。
  • 5.加入软化好的25g无盐黄油。
  • 6.揉成较光滑的面团。
  • 7.盖上微湿的布,放到温暖的地方,第一次发酵1小时。
  • 8.发酵结束后,体积会有所增大。
  • 9.将发酵好的面团分成6等份,揉成圆形小面团。小面团放在铺有烤箱纸的烤盘上,盖上微湿的布,进行第二次发酵30分钟。
  • 10.再打一个鸡蛋和一勺牛奶,打散,刷在面团表面。
  • 11.撒上少许白芝麻。
  • 12.在预热好的烤箱底部烤盘中倒入50g水,放入装有面团的烤盘,180度上下火烤25分钟。
  • 13.面包烤好后,取出自然冷却。
  • 14.表面有点脆脆的,内芯软乎乎的,好香~
