雪花土豆面包
很早就想做这款土豆面包了,但因为自己手懒所以一直拖到现在。试过之后果然很软,很弹!这周的早餐就吃这款软软绵绵的土豆面包了,呵呵!

  • 植物油20g
  • 土豆泥50g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 85g
  • 1/2小勺
  • 酵母5g
  • 植物油1大勺
  • 1小勺
  • 高粉1小勺

Steps to make 雪花土豆面包

  • 1.主料中的所有材料放入面包机揉至完成阶段,进行基础发酵
  • 2.发好的面团排气滚圆,分割成小份,中间松驰10分钟
  • 3.再次滚圆后,放入烤盘,进烤箱进行最后发酵
  • 4.辅料中的所有材料混合均匀
  • 5.最后发好的面包坯,表面刷蛋液,借助筛子把酥料筛到面包表面
  • 6.烤箱中层170度20分钟左右
