秋冬时令小甜品——奶香南瓜派
南瓜是现在当季蔬菜,南瓜营养丰富,含有淀粉、蛋白质、胡萝卜素、维生素B、维生素C和钙、磷等成分,不仅有较高的食用价值,而且有着不可忽视的食疗作用。南瓜能能润肺益气,化痰排浓,驱虫解毒,治咳止喘,疗肺痈与便秘,并有利尿、美容等作用。用南瓜也可以做西式甜品——奶香南瓜派,做好后的奶香南瓜派,奶香味道浓郁,和着南瓜的香甜味,味道棒极了。

Steps to make 秋冬时令小甜品——奶香南瓜派

  • 1.室温软化的黄油切小块,加入糖粉、低筋面粉,用手搓成屑状的粗粒。
  • 2.加入两个蛋黄和成面团。
  • 3.3.面团揉至光滑,用保鲜膜包好,放入冰箱冷藏30分钟。南瓜切成小块上锅蒸熟,压成南瓜泥,用面粉筛过筛一次。
  • 4.加入细砂糖、玉米淀粉、奶粉搅拌均匀。
  • 5.加入两个鸡蛋搅均匀。
  • 6.加入淡奶油搅拌均匀,即成南瓜陷。
  • 7.面团从冰箱拿出后擀成0.5CM的圆形面片,放在派盘中,边缘和底部用手压实,用去除边缘多余的部分。
  • 8.用叉子在饼皮底部插一些小洞,防止派皮受热膨胀鼓起。
  • 9.将南瓜馅倒入派皮中,9分满即可。
  • 10.烤箱预热180度,中层,180度烤10分钟,转150度再烤30分钟即可。
