彩色冰皮月饼
每年农历八月十五日,是传统的中秋佳节,中秋又称“团圆节”。

  • 糯米粉45克
  • 粘米粉35克
  • 澄面20克小麦淀粉
  • 牛奶185克
  • 糖粉50克
  • 色拉油20ML
  • 果珍2茶匙,做黄色冰皮用,约10ml
  • 绿茶粉2茶匙,做绿色冰皮用,约10ml
  • 可可粉2茶匙,做巧克力色冰皮用,约10ml

Steps to make 彩色冰皮月饼

  • 1.所有原料大集合。
  • 2.将牛奶、糖粉、色拉油放入盆中混合均匀。
  • 3.混合糯米粉、粘米粉、澄面,筛入牛奶液中混合均匀。
  • 4.将搅拌好的面糊放置30分钟,然后放入蒸锅中蒸熟,大约15-20分钟。
  • 5.将蒸好的面糊搅拌均匀。
  • 6.揉成面团,用保鲜膜包好醒至1小时。
  • 7.将蒸好的粉团分成四分。取一份加入绿茶粉揉匀。
  • 8.分别混入果珍 ,绿茶粉、可可粉和匀,做成四种颜色的粉团,将粉团分成8份,豆沙也分8份。
  • 9.在手上和案板上撒适量糕粉,将冷却好的冰皮按扁,放入30克左右的豆沙馅。
  • 10.将饼皮用手慢慢往上推,直到完全将馅料包裹起来。
  • 11.将包好馅料的团子放入月饼模具中,压实。
  • 12.扣出月饼即可。
