  • 1.面粉里一半加入开水搅拌几下,再加入一半的凉水和成面团盖上保鲜膜醒面30分钟备用。
  • 2.洋葱和蒜分别切碎末。
  • 3.小碗里加入甜面酱。
  • 4.加入黄豆酱。
  • 5.加入半碗水搅拌均匀。
  • 6.炒锅里倒入适量的食用油,放入蒜末和洋葱末翻炒出香味倒入酱汁。
  • 7.翻炒均匀后酱料就做好了。
  • 8.面团分成大小合适的小剂子擀成面片,煎锅里倒入少许的食用油放入饼胚烙至两面微黄。
  • 9.均匀的抹上一层酱料,撒上白芝麻和香葱碎即可出锅。
