  • 蒜米2颗
  • 肠粉粉1碗
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 葱花20克
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 香油0.5勺
  • 酱油2勺

Steps to make 素肠粉

  • 1.备好图中材料
  • 2.肠粉粉总2碗水,化开(碗和装肠粉粉一样大的碗)静止15分钟
  • 3.配料如图备好
  • 4.锅内下油,放入蒜米
  • 5.爆炒成金黄色,微焦,放入蚝油,酱油,半碗水,0.5勺生粉煮开,加入香油即可
  • 6.煮好的酱汁
  • 7.锅内放水,蒸盘上刷一层油
  • 8.倒入调好的粉糊(倒入前记得搅拌均匀),鸡蛋,葱花
  • 9.加盖蒸2分钟即可,如图盛出
  • 10.肠粉蒸好了
  • 11.淋上酱汁,花生碎(也可以不放),我还加了一些自己泡的酸豆角和泡椒,味道棒棒的
