莲蓉月饼
中秋节吃月饼,自己做的更有心意。

  • 转化糖浆70克
  • 枧水2克
  • 玉米油30克
  • 中筋面粉110克

Steps to make 莲蓉月饼

  • 1.转化糖浆加入枧水搅拌均匀。
  • 2.再加入玉米油,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.筛入中筋面粉,用手抓匀,成团盖上保鲜膜醒发1小时左右,莲蓉馅分割成46克一个的圆球,面团分割成19克一个的面团,都滚圆备用。
  • 4.把面团先按扁再慢慢用虎口往上推,包住莲蓉馅,将月饼花片按装在月饼模具里,再撒上少许面粉,按出月饼的花型,放在不粘烤盘上。
  • 5.喷少量清水。
  • 6.烤箱预热,上下火,中层,190度,先烤5分钟。
  • 7.取出刷全蛋液,蛋液只要薄薄一层就好啦。
  • 8.入烤箱继续烤15分钟。
  • 9.出炉后晾凉,再密封回油2天左右,就可以食用啦。
