这次用麦黄杏来做的,这种杏个个都如鸡蛋般大小且水分大,没有筋,瓤甜皮酸非常适。口买了2斤杏,挑好看的吃了几个剩下的洗净去核就做成果酱了。头一次用面包机做果酱,感觉真的很好,面包机容量小做得少可以现吃现做,不用担心时间久了吃不完会变质的问题。

  • 1.买回来的杏在水里泡上15分钟洗净
  • 2.一掰两半去核,切成小块
  • 3.放入容器内上面撒上白糖腌制4小时左右,腌透出水即好。
  • 4.腌制好的杏肉已经析出了很多的水分
  • 5.将腌好的杏肉倒入面包机桶
  • 6.放入面包机里
  • 7.启动面包机的果酱功能,面包机开始工作自行搅拌
  • 8.时间到程序结束,舀起来一点看看已经成酱了,只是还有点稀
  • 9.趁热装入事先用开水烫过的瓶子里,放凉后放在冰箱里保存。
