又到了山楂上市的季节,在市场上看到山楂挺好的,就买了点,做点山楂酱,早晨用山楂酱抹个面包什么的,特别好吃,山楂消食解腻,作成山楂酱便于保存,食用方便。

Steps to make 山楂酱

  • 1.把买回来的山楂用盐水搓洗,清洗干净,沥干水
  • 2.把山楂去把和蒂,中间切开,将核取出
  • 3.将处理好的山楂倒入锅中,加入水
  • 4.开火煮至软烂
  • 5.用铲子一按就烂了,就可以了
  • 6.将煮烂的山楂倒入料理机中打成泥
  • 7.将山楂泥重新倒入锅中加入白糖(要用不粘锅)
  • 8.开火要不停的翻炒,颜色会由橙红逐渐变成深红
  • 9.随着水分的蒸发,逐渐变得浓稠就可以了
  • 10.把做好的山楂酱,装入事先准备好的瓶中(瓶子要用热水消毒)
  • 11.密封好盖子并倒扣
  • 12.山楂酱放凉后放入冰箱冷藏储存
  • 13.颜色漂亮酸甜可口
  • 14.是不是看着很好吃
  • 15.抹个面包,美味极了。
