  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将干的荞面饸饹用冷水浸泡软,煮锅烧开水将泡好的荞面饸饹煮1分钟。
  • 3.捞出迅速过凉水,用流动的水多冲几遍。
  • 4.将黄瓜切丝,沥干水分的荞面饸饹放在黄瓜上。
  • 5.碗中调入盐、香醋、芥末油、蒜汁、油泼辣子搅拌。
  • 6.将调好的料汁淋在荞面饸饹上搅拌均匀即可。
