红烧牛肉

Steps to make 红烧牛肉

  • 1.先将牛腩洗净。
  • 2.用吸油纸吸干水分。
  • 3.土豆去皮洗净。切成块状。
  • 4.锅里放油,六成热放入牛腩炸制。
  • 5.上色后盛出来备用。
  • 6.放入土豆炸制。
  • 7.炸制金黄色盛出备用。
  • 8.放入胡萝卜炸制。
  • 9.炸制片刻盛出备用。
  • 10.葱、姜、蒜、桂皮和八角。
  • 11.锅里放油,放入八角、桂皮煸炒。
  • 12.放入葱、姜、蒜煸炒。
  • 13.添加料酒、老抽、白糖翻炒。
  • 14.将牛腩倒入锅中翻炒。
  • 15.添加足量得水烧开,转小火炖30分钟。
  • 16.将土豆、胡萝卜放入锅中,大火烧开。
  • 17.加盐,转小火炖15分钟。
  • 18.添加味精调味,即可出锅。
