【辣酱拌牛肉】美味下酒菜
牛肉蛋白质含量高、脂肪低,是我家比较常吃一种肉。前天我买了一些牛腱子,把它煮熟后,用李锦记的豆豉酱、蚝油、香油凉拌了一下,感觉味道棒极了!

  • 1.将牛腱子肉冲洗干净,用清水浸泡半小时,倒去血水冲干净。
  • 2.将葱切段,姜切片,卤肉料放入料盒或用干净纱布包好。
  • 3.锅内添水,加入葱段、姜片、卤肉料。高压锅“炖肉键”或者用砂锅煮至熟透。
  • 4.将煮好的牛腱子肉晾凉,切件。
  • 5.将切好的牛肉片和李锦记风味豆豉酱、李锦记蚝油、李锦记香油、葱丝、香菜段、青红椒丝、蒜蓉等调拌均匀。
  • 6.装入盘中即可。
