排骨- 猪排骨除含蛋白、脂肪、维生素外,还含有大量磷酸钙、骨胶原、骨粘蛋白等,可为幼儿和老人提供钙质。
  冬瓜- 冬瓜是营养价值很高的蔬菜。营养学家研究发现,每百克冬瓜含蛋白质0.4克、碳类1.9克、钙19毫克、磷12毫克、铁0.2毫克及多种维生素,特别是维生素C的含量较高。
豆腐-豆腐营养丰富,含有铁、钙、磷、镁等人体必需的多种微量元素,还含有糖类、植物油和丰富的优质蛋白,其消化吸收率达95%以上。两小块豆腐,即可满足一个人一天钙的需求量。

Steps to make 【冬瓜豆腐排骨汤】适合夏季的营养汤煲

  • 1.1.准备好材料,排骨辗成小段,冬瓜、豆腐切块。
  • 2.2.葱切段、姜切片。
  • 3.3.水中倒入一勺料酒、两片姜片,煮开后放入排骨,焯去血沫。
  • 4.4.焯好的排骨洗干净,放入锅内,加凉水、葱段、姜片。(水要一次放够,中间不再加水)
  • 5.5.大火煮开后改中小火1个小时,然后放入冬瓜,煮20分钟后放入豆腐。
  • 6.6.再煮20分钟,放入一勺料酒,一勺盐(根据自己口味),少许白胡椒粉,少许香油即可。
