Steps to make 紫菜蛋花汤

  • 1.瘦肉切成小片,加生粉、胡椒粉、花生油抓匀腌制十分钟
  • 2.葱切成葱花、姜切片、紫菜半张备用
  • 3.鸡蛋两只打入碗中加胡椒粉,用筷子沿同一方向打散
  • 4.紫菜撕成小块放入碗中
  • 5.锅内加适量清水,放入姜块并煮沸
  • 6.再加入紫菜大火煮20秒
  • 7.加入腌制好的肉片煮一下
  • 8.最后关火,倒入蛋液后用筷子划散,再调入盐和鸡精
  • 9.成品图。
