自制番茄酱
宝宝爱吃番茄酱,一看用完了,准备下楼去买,宝宝说:“你自己做呗。”一语提醒了我,就是哈,自己做的多健康呀,超市卖的番茄酱保质期这么长,到底加了什么,还是自己做吧,简单又方便,美味又健康。

    按照原方子准备加点淀粉,可能更粘稠吧,想想还是不加了,结果做出来干湿度很好,用不着加,这原滋原味的多好。熬好番茄酱后准备加点盐,可尝一口后,那个酸酸甜甜的口感简直太美妙了,比外面买的好吃好多倍,一点不夸张,这么好吃,赶紧装瓶密封,不用加盐了。

Steps to make 自制番茄酱

  • 1.准备好原材料
  • 2.西红柿洗净后用到轻划上“十”字口
  • 3.用叉子叉上在开水里烫十几秒
  • 4.西红柿去皮、去籽、去掉没成熟部分,然后切成小块
  • 5.放入榨汁机里打成汁
  • 6.倒入无水无油的锅里,开小火慢慢熬至浓稠
  • 7.加入一勺冰糖粉,拌匀
  • 8.挤入柠檬汁,再熬两分钟
  • 9.凉后装入密封的玻璃瓶里,放入冰箱保存
