【家宴上的一道主打菜】酱汁狮子头

  • 淀粉1大勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 烤肉酱1勺
  • 生抽2勺

Steps to make 【家宴上的一道主打菜】酱汁狮子头

  • 1.准备好材料。(五花肉提前打成肉末备用,个人觉得买五花肉的时候选择带点肥的比较好吃)
  • 2.切好葱花,蒜末,姜末。
  • 3.将五花肉放在稍大点的容器内,加入葱花,一半的蒜末,姜末,顺着一个方向搅拌上劲。
  • 4.搅拌均匀后,再加入适量盐和白糖,鸡精,料酒1勺,淀粉1大勺,烤肉酱1勺,十三香少许,再次顺着一个方向搅拌好。
  • 5.将肉馅团成圆子后,再用少许面粉裹上一层薄薄的外衣。
  • 6.锅内油加热至七成热的时候,把肉丸放入炸至变色后捞出控油。
  • 7.干净的碗内加入料酒1勺,蜂蜜1勺,蚝油1勺,生抽2勺,清水2勺,调成料汁。(喜欢吃辣,可以放点辣酱)
  • 8.锅内留余油,爆香剩余的姜末和蒜末。
  • 9.把炸好的丸子放入。(大家记得在炸丸子的时候不要经常翻动,我用铲子翻了几下,所以丸子看起来有点开裂了)
  • 10.将调好的料汁倒入,开大火,汤汁浓稠后即可关火。
  • 11.以上调料的量,可根据自己家的口味增减。两个肉丸 + 一个煎鸡蛋+ 素菜 搭配起来也是一顿营养丰富的便当饭。
  • 12.要是有同学觉得油炸方式费油的话:可以将肉丸按成肉饼,采用入锅煎的方式也是可以的,其他制作步骤都是一样的!喜欢的同学记得收藏起来,有空试试.
