香脆甜品——拔丝地瓜

Steps to make 香脆甜品——拔丝地瓜

  • 1.地瓜和土豆随意切块
  • 2.用厨房用纸巾,吸干切好块儿的地瓜和土豆的水份。
  • 3.倒入油加热。油盖过地瓜和土豆的成都就可以。
  • 4.等油温到8成热,将切好的块儿下过炸。
  • 5.炸透和未炸透的区别。
  • 6.等地瓜和土豆全部炸透,出锅备用。
  • 7.锅内留下少许油,倒入白糖。根据个人口味调整用量。
  • 8.最重要的一点:一定要低温划开白糖。如果高温就成了红烧的颜色了,而且也会拉不出丝的。
  • 9.白糖全部划开后,倒入炸好的切块儿。翻炒。
  • 10.翻炒至,切块儿全部被包裹上,就可以出锅了。用筷子夹下,能看见拉丝噢~~
