  • 8.面团长大至两倍
  • 9.排气,分割成6等分,滚圆,松弛10分钟
  • 10.按扁
  • 11.折三折,压紧
  • 12.对折,捏紧接口
  • 13.搓成长条
  • 14.打结
  • 15.放入抹油的天使蛋糕模中,35度,发酵40-60分钟
  • 16.面团长大至两倍
  • 17.表面刷蛋液
  • 18.放入烤箱,中层,上下火190度,烤约20-25分钟
  • 19.表面金黄,出炉
  • 20.立即脱模,晾凉
