  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 海苔6张
  • 大根6条
  • 香肠两根
  • 白芝麻一勺
  • 卷帘一个

Steps to make 【韩味紫菜寿司卷】

  • 1.一碗米过下水,放下电饭锅中蒸熟(蒸时加几滴油,米饭可以更饱满)
  • 2.米饭蒸熟后,放凉,撒上芝麻,搅拌均匀(可适当加入寿司醋或白醋)
  • 3.胡萝卜、大根、香肠切条备用
  • 4.鸡蛋打成蛋液,用平底不粘锅煎成薄的蛋皮
  • 5.把晾凉的蛋皮切成条
  • 6.切好的胡萝卜条、香肠条放在平底锅中煎熟,晾凉备用
  • 7.卷帘放置在案板上,拿一张海苔,光滑面放在卷帘上,手戴一次性手套,把米饭均匀的铺在海苔上
  • 8.在米饭的一头抹韩式辣酱
  • 9.放上煎好的香肠条、胡萝卜条、大根、蛋皮
  • 10.再抹一层沙拉酱,最后撒上肉松
  • 11.用卷帘卷起来,双手来回用力握卷帘,打开卷帘
  • 12.用寿司刀切片,即可开吃。
