夏季开胃菜菜------麻辣腰花
夏天到了,天气一热好象就没什么胃口,做一道麻辣味道的菜菜吧,一定让你和家人的胃口大开。
做这道菜菜时,花椒和辣椒我加得不够多,鲜美的感觉更胜麻辣,但味道还真是非常棒哟。
这道菜菜其实和以前做的蒜香猪肝比较象,但因为材质不同,做起来也会有一些差别。夏天嘛,做菜简单又美味是最受欢迎的了。

    • 1.买来的猪腰去掉白色的筋膜,切成花形,我买的是已经弄好的,就省事多了。
    • 2.洗净,切成条状。
    • 3.锅里加水,放入花椒、干辣椒和姜块,水煮开后,再放入一些白酒,把腰花倒入烫熟。
    • 4.将烫熟的腰花放入冰水里,这样后面吃起来口感更好。
    • 5.准备好调味。
    • 6.姜蒜切末,干辣椒切段,小葱切碎,花椒备用。
    • 7.把泡好水的腰花滤水,放入盘中,倒入调味,姜蒜末和干辣椒铺在上面。
    • 8.锅里放适量的油,油里放入适量的花椒,小火炸香,然后把油连着花椒一起倒在腰花上即可。
    • 9.最后撒上小葱,美味又简单的麻辣腰花就完成了。
