砂锅鱼头紫菜汤

Steps to make 砂锅鱼头紫菜汤

  • 1.锅里放少许的油,爆香葱姜蒜。把提前用料酒,清水去过腥的鱼头放进去。鱼头好不好吃的关键就在于清理的够不够干净。
  • 2.小火慢煎至两面金黄。
  • 3.锅里放水,把鱼头放进去煮开。大火转中火。把鱼头汤煮发白。放入紫菜。
  • 4.用筷子均匀的搅拌,放入适量的白胡椒粉。
  • 5.放入虾皮,这个虾皮是有味的,所以一会儿放盐要少放一点哦。
  • 6.再一次把火煮开。
  • 7.放入适量的白菜丝。
  • 8.开大火再煮两分钟即可。放入适量的鸡精和盐。
  • 9.起锅啦,撒上小葱花,清爽又美!
