Steps to make 红丝绒蛋糕

  • 1.蛋黄中加入30克白糖和4克盐搅拌融化。
  • 2.加入牛奶和玉米油搅拌均匀。
  • 3.提前将低筋面粉和红曲粉混合过筛。
  • 4.将混合好的低粉筛入蛋黄中。
  • 5.搅拌到无颗粒即可。
  • 6.蛋白中加入数滴柠檬汁分三次加入白糖打发至硬性发泡。
  • 7.把三分之一蛋白加入面糊中翻拌均匀。
  • 8.在把面糊倒入剩余的蛋白中翻拌均匀。
  • 9.倒入两个八寸模具中,轻轻震出气泡。
  • 10.提前将烤箱预热,150度中下层烤50分钟。(温度时间根据自己烤箱来定)
  • 11.奶油打发到可流动性淋在蛋糕上面装饰一下就可以了。
