泰式炒米线

  • 柠檬皮1/2茶匙
  • 鸡胸肉150g
  • 3瓣
  • 鸡蛋2颗
  • 豆芽100g
  • 80g
  • 香菜30g
  • 腰果30g

Steps to make 泰式炒米线

  • 1.取大碗放入米线在倒入适量热水盖过米线泡置10~15分钟后沥干水份备用
  • 2.鸡胸肉切条,香菜、葱切碎
  • 3.酱汁:在小碗中混合1.5汤匙鱼露、1汤匙柠檬汁、1汤匙红糖、3茶匙米醋、1/2汤匙泰式辣椒酱搅拌均匀
  • 4.将腰果捣碎后混合柠檬皮碎备用
  • 5.起锅1汤匙热油大火炒香3瓣蒜蓉、鸡肉2~3分钟盛出
  • 6.热锅打入2颗鸡蛋挑散后盛出备用
  • 7.锅中加入1汤匙油大火加热至8成熟后入泡软的米线、豆芽拌炒1分钟,后加入鸡肉,淋入酱汁继续拌炒1~2分钟,关火后撒上鸡蛋、腰果混合物、香菜即可
