印式炸西兰花
Bhajji是一种有辛辣味的印度小吃,特别是在印度的马哈拉施特拉是很受欢迎的街头小吃,在街边小摊都有售,并有几种不同做法。 它本来是糕点上面的装饰配料,现在已成为很受欢迎的小吃;一般都配一杯热腾腾的咖啡或茶。蔬菜可选土豆、洋葱等等随已所好;印式松炸洋葱圈(onion bhajji)应是比较有名的~~~~

喜欢吃西兰花,所以先试印式炸西兰花 (Broccoli Bhajji ), 外酥里嫩,我放的辣椒粉不多所以不太有辣味,面糊厚度、辣味可随个人喜好酌量添加调料。趁热吃更香哦~~~~

  • 米粉2匙
  • 生姜1小块
  • 大蒜2瓣
  • 辣椒粉1/3匙
  • 咖喱粉1/2匙
  • 烤肉酱1匙

Steps to make 印式炸西兰花

  • 1.西兰花切小朵洗净,在淡盐水中浸泡20分钟左右;
  • 2.姜、蒜刨成蓉;
  • 3.碗中加姜蒜蓉、面粉、米粉、辣椒粉、咖喱粉、烤肉酱和盐;
  • 4.加适量水拌成不稠不稀的面糊;
  • 5.锅中加油烧热,入裹满面糊的西兰花,先大火稍炸一会儿,再转小火炸至金黄;
  • 6.把西兰花倒入面糊中充分拌匀使每朵西兰花都裹满面糊;
  • 7.捞出沥油即可。
