昨天晚上老公陪我去夜市,难得他能陪我去买菜,因为昨天是七夕,一天我就做了早餐,老公说今天是七夕,不做饭了,我们去外面吃,好好休息你,想吃啥提前说好去订,要不晚上根本订不上。最后征求女儿的意见,吃了女儿爱吃的。吃完晚饭老公一般都陪我在小区散步,想起来家里没菜,就去夜市散步去买菜,老公很少去夜市,看到一大车红红的辣椒,立刻围着要买,我不想买,因为去年做剁椒时,手被辣椒辣了,现在一提做剁椒,就怕怕。老公说,去年你做的剁椒很好吃的 ,今年再做些,做菜放些特有味道,做剁椒鱼头更好吃,见不得老公可怜的巴巴的眼神,就买了两公斤。老板还闲买的太少,一边称辣椒,嘴里一边说着,我都是10元4公斤才卖的,两公斤的一般都不卖的,看在你老公的份上就卖给你吧,现在男人陪女人买菜的很少,你老公是我们男人中的好男人,切!老公难得陪我买一次菜,就被你看见夸奖了!把老公乐的一直在旁边偷偷的笑。

    Steps to make 自制剁椒——鲜辣脆嫩

    • 1.材料:红辣椒 大蒜 姜 盐 白糖 白酒
    • 2.将红辣椒清洗干净,沥干水分,摊开晾晒,晾干辣椒表面不能有水分
    • 3.切菜板不能有油有水分,辣椒去蒂剁碎,不用剁得太细
    • 4.大蒜去皮剁碎
    • 5.姜去皮切碎
    • 6.将剁好的辣椒和大蒜、生姜放入一个干净无油无水的大盆中
    • 7.加白糖拌匀后静止一会
    • 8.再加盐,搅拌均匀
    • 9.入事先开水烫过消毒并无油无水的容器中,淋入白酒密封放在阴凉通风的室温中一晚,使其发酵,然后放入冰箱中冷藏保存7天左右就可以食用了,(其实不等7天就可以吃了)
