  • 1.按先液体,再酵母,再粉类的顺序将所有材料(除黄油和蔓越莓)放入面包机内,揉到基本扩张阶段,加入黄油,继续揉出膜
  • 2.蔓越莓提前用朗姆酒浸泡
  • 3.揉好的面团盖上保鲜膜,放在温暖处,发酵到至少两倍大。
  • 4.按照配料表里的方子,再和一次面团,这次抹茶粉不加,变成白面团
  • 5.面团发好了
  • 6.两个都发好备用
  • 7.排气后分成均等的小剂子
  • 8.放上蔓越莓干
  • 9.都放上蔓越莓干后从下往上卷起来,捏紧封口
  • 10.不同颜色交叉放入吐司盒子里
