Steps to make 木鱼花虾仁披萨

  • 1. 准备好适量的全麦面粉、富强粉、黄油、糖和盐放入盆中,加入适量的牛奶和面;
  • 2.揉成光滑的面团后在表面上覆盖一层保鲜膜, 醒发面团;
  • 3. 基围虾洗净去壳,用牙签从虾背的二、三节处挑出虾线;
  • 4. 处理好的基围虾加入适量的盐、生粉和胡椒粉抓匀腌制入味;
  • 5. 将红黄彩椒和洋葱切成细丝,加入适量的盐、胡椒粉和橄榄油搅拌均匀;
  • 6.用手指按下压面团无回弹时就表示面团就发好了;
  • 7. 醒发好的全麦面团放入案板上揉一下, 整理成型, 再饧上15分钟;
  • 8. 擀成圆片后放入底面和四周抹油的披萨盘中,并用叉子在饼底上叉些小孔;
  • 9. 饼底涂抹上一层番茄酱;
  • 10. 将彩椒和洋葱丝摆放在表面;
  • 11. 再在表面上摆放好虾仁和蟹柳;
  • 12. 最后将马苏里拉芝士摆满披萨表面, 放入预热好180度的烤箱中, 中下层;
  • 13.烤上二十分钟表面芝士融化后,拿出来表面撒些木鱼花, 再放入烤箱;
  • 14.继续烤上十五分钟即可。
