芝香汉堡扒
汉堡,说白了就是西式肉饼,本国是蒸的,比较清淡,外国是烤的、煎的,并放好多的香料,吃起来各有
特式;芝香汉堡扒,在煎好的肉饼上放上奶酪丝,再烤个几分钟,也是简单又好吃的!

    Steps to make 芝香汉堡扒

    • 1.碎猪肉、面包粉、洋葱(切碎)、奶酪丝
    • 2.把主材料与调味料混合均匀(除生粉)
    • 3.把混合好的肉泥分成两份,修整成圆形肉丸
    • 4.把肉丸压扁,两面扑上干生粉
    • 5.热锅,下油,小火把肉饼两面煎熟
    • 6.把煎熟的肉饼放置烤盘,洒上奶酪丝
    • 7.烤箱180度,烤15分钟左右
    • 8.烤至奶酪丝溶化,表面金黄色
    • 9.出炉即吃
