酸奶司康
没有奶油奶酪,做不了奶油奶酪司康,就来做个酸奶司康。司康做了好几种,酸奶味,还没做过。
只用100克面粉,不想动用烤箱,感觉太浪费空间。不用烤箱,还有空气炸锅可以考虑,不过那玩意儿有点沉,不想把它从柜子顶弄下来。还有什么可以考虑?当然有,面包机。面包机有一个单独的烘烤程序,还从来没用过。就用来试试这酸奶司康。
面包桶的底面很小,这100克面粉的司康也只能挨挨挤挤地挤在一起。先启动烘烤程序几分钟,算是预热,再放入面包桶——当然不能将面包桶一起事先烘烤,再放入面团,否则很容易烫伤。虽然底面积的容纳量大大低于了估计值,8块司康,很快挤满了空隙,相互粘连在一起。不过,烘烤的效果却还算不错,颜色也不错。

  • 白砂糖15克

  • 泡打粉3.5克

Steps to make 酸奶司康

  • 1.用料
  • 2.低筋粉泡打粉混合过筛
  • 3.加入黄油,盐,糖
  • 4.抓搓成粗粉状
  • 5.倒入酸奶
  • 6.略加翻拌
  • 7.倒在案台上,用切面刀切拌
  • 8.整形成厚1.5厘米的长方形
  • 9.切成8块,备用
  • 10.取出面包桶,选择菜单18,烘烤程序
  • 11.设定时间30分钟
  • 12.启动
  • 13.将面坯放入面包桶内
  • 14.表面刷蛋液
  • 15.放入预热中的面包机
  • 16.盖上盖子,烘烤25-35分钟
  • 17.表面上色,关机揭盖
  • 18.取出面包桶
  • 19.倒出司康,稍凉
  • 20.掰开成小块
