DIY美味蒜蓉辣酱
很好吃的一款蒜蓉辣酱,从同事妈妈那里学来的。在制作的过程中根据食材的特点,做了配料的调整并添加了更详细说明。

辣酱做好后,可以马上吃。但经过比对后发现,在冰箱放置几个月味道更醇香。

  • 红尖椒4斤
  • 面酱300g(浅色)
  • 大蒜250g
  • 白糖200g
  • 米醋250g(或白醋)
  • 味精少许

Steps to make DIY美味蒜蓉辣酱

  • 1.辣椒去蒂,洗净。
  • 2.大火蒸熟,水开后约15分钟,筷子能轻松插进即可。
  • 3.用料理机或绞肉机将辣椒打碎。
  • 4.放凉备用。
  • 5.大蒜拍碎,用料理机打成蒜蓉。(需要加少许凉开水才比较好打)
  • 6.炒锅里面加入适量油中小火将面酱煸炒出香味。
  • 7.面酱炒出香味后将搅碎的辣椒倒入锅内,加入醋后烧开
  • 8.关火后加入味精、盐、糖搅拌均匀(可尝一下味道,根据个人口味控制盐和味精的量)
