七彩炒面
俗话说:“冬至饺子夏至面”,夏至日一定要吃一碗面条。面条的做法很多,今天我给家人做了一道七彩炒面,很适合夏天吃。

  • 9.将面条铺在四季豆上。
  • 10.六月鲜12克轻盐昆布酱油和清水调汁。
  • 11.将酱油调的汤汁浇在面条上。
  • 12.盖上锅盖焖熟。
  • 13.将面条翻一面再焖烧,收汤汁。
  • 14.放入胡萝卜丝和紫甘蓝丝。
  • 15.翻炒入味。
  • 16.煎蛋和青蒜一起放入锅中翻炒均匀即可出锅。
