芝麻面包棒
越嚼越香的面包棒,外韧内软,晚上追剧的时候来一根很好。

  • 高筋粉200克
  • 砂糖15克
  • 酵母3克
  • 清水120克
  • 3克
  • 橄榄油20克
  • 黑白芝麻10克

Steps to make 芝麻面包棒

  • 1.面包机里放入除橄榄油和芝麻之外的所有材料,启动一个揉面程序。
  • 2.取出面团,分次把橄榄油揉进面团里,直到油完全被面团吸收。
  • 3.多揉一会,揉到面团光滑不沾,加入黑白芝麻揉匀发酵。
  • 4.发酵到体积变大,用手戳洞不回缩即可。我直接在面板上覆盖发酵。
  • 5.发酵好的面团排气收圆覆盖松弛20分钟。
  • 6.擀成长形。
  • 7.切成大约1cm宽的条状。
  • 8.用手搓成长条,放上烤盘。
  • 9.不要2次发酵,烤箱200度预热,12分钟。
