可口下饭菜——腐竹焖煎鱼
头天老爸买条鱼,大了些,就把一些煎熟放起来。于是第二天我拿来进行“创作”。呵呵,小葱、薄荷可是在自家阳台种的,随手拈来。

Steps to make 可口下饭菜——腐竹焖煎鱼

  • 1.小葱、薄荷、香菇洗净。
  • 2.小葱切段,香菇切丝待用。
  • 3.腐竹洗净,切段。
  • 4.热锅下油,七成热时,腐竹下锅油炸,腐竹起泡变色,即可捞起(请见谅,第一次炸腐竹,还不会把握火候,有点过了)。
  • 5.热锅下油,葱白,香菇丝下锅炒熟,后放盐、糖、酒、酱油拌匀加水煮。
  • 6.待水开后,加入鱼块小火焖15分钟。
  • 7.15分钟过后,加入腐竹、薄荷、葱段焖,5分钟后起锅。
