白果无水蛋香饼干
自从做了无水蛋香饼干后,就一发不可收拾,口感酥脆,蛋香味十足,女儿更是说好吃,还让我给他做,这次,我在上面加了点白果和黑巧克力,感觉口感比上次的要好,因为,我家不喜欢吃太甜的,所以用糖量比较少,但是,这次放上白果和黑巧克力,感觉超好。大家可以试试。元旦快要到了,作为家里的甜点和招待朋友的下午茶也是不错的哦。

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.白果用微波炉烤熟(我在日志里详细介绍过)。
  • 3.准备一个干净盆,放上油和牛奶。
  • 4.油和牛奶搅拌均匀。
  • 5. 另取一个无油无水的盆,放3个鸡蛋,白糖分3次加入后充分打发。
  • 6.蛋液打发到落到盆里蛋液的轨迹不能马上消失,就打发好了。
  • 7.筛入低粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 8.从筛入低粉的盆中盛出少许低粉蛋液,放入油和牛奶中搅拌均匀。
  • 9.然后把步骤8,再倒入大盆中一起搅拌均匀(这步也可以放入自己喜欢的坚果或果料),然后,放入松子仁,搅拌均匀。
  • 10.把蛋液倒入口袋中,从边上剪1-2毫米的小口。
  • 11.挤在烤盘上。
