Steps to make 猕猴桃双皮奶

  • 1.准备好,纯奶一盒、鸡蛋一个、白糖一勺;将牛奶放入奶锅中;
  • 2.纯奶,煮热不要沸,关火,放旁边等出奶皮~
  • 3.煮热的纯奶,倒入小碗中,等出奶皮~
  • 4.鸡蛋,取蛋清,搅拌,加入白糖,搅拌至融化;
  • 5.出奶皮的牛奶,旁边插个洞,缓缓的倒出,留一层的奶皮和少许的牛奶;加入蛋清;
  • 6.搅拌,用筛子筛去上面的浮层;
  • 7.沿着碗壁,缓缓的倒回到留有奶皮的小碗中,这时奶皮会缓缓的漂起;
  • 8.盖上保鲜膜,放蒸锅,大概15分钟~~
  • 9.出锅,放入水果;
