小时候的味道----高粱汤圆
高粱大家都知道,黏高粱不知大家知道吗?高粱又称红粮、蜀黍,古称蜀秫。有粳性和糯性两种,粒质分为硬质和软质。高粱有一定的药效,具有和胃、健脾、消积、温中、涩肠胃、止霍乱的功效。
记得小时候经常吃这种高粱汤圆,已经有好多好多年没有吃过了,今年老妈用黏高粱米磨的粉,又让我尝到了小时候的味道---甜中有香还带点点的涩.......

  • 熟花生50克

Steps to make 小时候的味道----高粱汤圆

  • 1.材料备用。
  • 2.把熟花生用蒜臼子砸碎末。
  • 3.砸好的花生末用红糖拌匀,黏高粱面加水和成团。
  • 4.掰成均匀的小块。
  • 5.拿起一块来按出小窝来。
  • 6.加入红糖花生馅。
  • 7.捏好,用手团成圆球。
  • 8.汤圆就做好了。
  • 9.锅里放水。
  • 10.烧到快开锅时放入汤圆,改成小火。
  • 11.盖上盖子,煮到汤圆自己浮起来就熟了。
  • 12.捞出,开吃。。。。。
