  • 1.准备好鹌鹑蛋 洗净备用
  • 2.鹌鹑蛋下冷水锅煮熟
  • 3.把煮熟的鹌鹑蛋过凉,磕碎或者捏碎蛋壳,以便更加入味;
  • 4.放入锅中卤制,我用的是留了很久的老卤汤,没有的话可以在水里放适量干辣椒 花椒 香叶桂皮 八角 葱姜 生抽 老抽 盐 煮开再放入煮好的鹌鹑蛋,煮10分钟 泡一小时
