芦蒿炒腊肉
云南气候四季如春,大概因为植物们也很难分辨出春夏秋冬,以至于很多时令蔬菜水果的季节跟正常季节稍有差别,就像殷桃在冬天开花,春节后很快就会上市;今天做的芦蒿则春天和冬天都会有新鲜的大量上市,真是吃货福音;腊肉是爸妈上昆明来带过来的,自家的粮食喂出的猪,宰杀后自己腌制的腊肉,肉质非常好,炒芦蒿、蒜薹、莴笋等都非常香~

Steps to make 芦蒿炒腊肉

  • 1.食材如图;
  • 2.芦蒿摘去老筋,洗净切段,腊肉切片;
  • 3.锅上火烧热,直接下入腊肉煸炒出油(我的这个肥的稍多所以没放油,瘦的腊肉可以放一点点油);
  • 4.将腊肉煸炒出油,这个时候整个厨房都好香啊~^_^
  • 5.下入芦蒿翻炒;
  • 6.翻炒1-2分钟至芦蒿断生,调入适量的盐和味精出锅即可~
