香蕉干
香蕉味甘、性寒。其作用为生津止渴、润肺滑肠。凡温热病、口烦渴、大便秘结、痔疮出血者适于常吃。香蕉的糖分、蛋白质含量均高,维生素、矿物质也很丰富,且含钾量丰富。
  我是老便秘了,香蕉是常备的。香蕉的口感有点腻,而且有时买的香蕉比较生,硬梆梆地不好吃。所以经常与牛奶一起打成奶昔喝。不过吃多了也总想换换花样,所以就有了做香蕉干的想法。
  做香蕉干的香蕉要稍微生一点,熟的香蕉一是不易干,二是没有型。我这次的香蕉还是熟了些,再加上黄梅天空气潮湿,风干机烘了18个小时还是不怎么干,我记得我以前做香蕉干,8小时就差不多了。

Steps to make 香蕉干

  • 1.准备一盆凉开水,水中放1小勺盐。盐水能防止氧化。
  • 2.香蕉剥皮切成3毫米厚的薄片,太薄风干后变成“纸片”易碎,太厚不易风干。
  • 3.香蕉片放入淡盐水中浸一下,隔绝空气,防止氧化变黑。(不过效果好像不怎么好).
  • 4.风干机的果盘垫好硅胶蒸笼垫,把香蕉片铺排好,不使重叠。我铺了4盘,差不多2根香蕉一个盘子。
  • 5.我是用低温(35℃)烘的,把温度旋钮调到35℃,按下开关键就不用管它了。每隔3~4小时回来观察一下香蕉片的干燥程度,最要紧的是如果有好几盘,要把上下盘子换个位置。这是18小时后的成果,揭下来密封保存。
