  • 10.热锅再倒油烧至八成热。
  • 11.放入肥肉煸干出油。
  • 12.加入一勺豆瓣酱翻炒出香味。
  • 13.放入生姜翻炒均匀。
  • 14.加入适量清水煮开。
  • 15.放入肉片搅散煮开,加入适量盐再煮一分钟即可出锅。
  • 16.将煮好的肉片装入碗中。
  • 17.将大蒜末铺在表面。
  • 18.将花椒和辣椒面铺在表面。
  • 19.热锅再倒油烧至八成热。将热油浇在辣椒花椒面上面,听见滋滋的声音。
