三根面一碗的成都小吃甜水面
四川成都名小吃,甜水面又叫棒棒面或棍棍面,面条在揉的时候放入了少量食盐,所以面条尽管粗,却不会外咸里淡而且相当的有嚼头,调料集合了麻、辣、甜、鲜让人回味无穷。

Steps to make 三根面一碗的成都小吃甜水面

  • 1.中筋面粉2杯,水150ML左右,盐1茶匙,和匀,如果干可以再少少的加一点点水,面要筋道要多揉,揉好的面团醒半个小时。
  • 2.醒好的面团擀成约0.6-1厘米的面皮,切成0.6-1厘米粗的条。
  • 3.锅内烧开水,切成的面条下到开水里前,两手捏着面条的两头用力上下抖一抖,把面条拉细长,再放入开水里煮至刚刚熟。
  • 4.另锅里把菜油烧热成熟油,晾凉。等面条好了捞起来,沥干水分,晾凉放到熟油里拌匀,防止面条粘连。
  • 5.面条放碗里,把复合酱油,辣椒油,蒜泥,芝麻酱,花椒面,麻油,芝麻粒混合均匀淋在面条上,拌匀就可以开吃啦!!
