宫廷桃酥是一种南北皆宜的食品,以其干、酥、脆、甜的特点闻名全国,主要成分是面粉、鸡蛋、油等,
含有碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪、维生素及钙、钾、磷、钠、镁、硒等矿物质,食用方便,尤其是得到老年人和孩子的喜爱。传统的桃酥都要使用臭粉,臭粉是膨松剂它可以在短时间内释放大量气体,使桃酥的表面有错综复杂的标志性裂纹。但臭粉较难保存,一般家庭不方便购买使用,所以这款配方里省略了臭粉。

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将植物油、糖、鸡蛋搅拌均匀。
  • 3.筛入面粉、泡打粉、苏打粉。
  • 4.用刮刀切拌均匀,然后手揉成光滑均匀的面团。
  • 5.搓成光滑的小圆球,直接放进烤盘中。
  • 6.直接用手指压扁。刷上蛋液,中间撒上芝麻。
  • 7.预热烤箱,上下火,中下层,180度20分钟。
  • 8.桃酥烤好了。
