可可杏仁脆饼

Steps to make 可可杏仁脆饼

  • 1.烤箱160摄氏度预热. 杏仁粉, 白糖, 低筋面粉和可可粉过筛, 并混合均匀
  • 2.取出1/4的蛋白备用,其余蛋白加一点点盐打发至中性打发的状态
  • 3.将蛋白加入到步骤1 中并用胶铲混合至均匀黏稠的面糊
  • 4.用勺子平分面糊, 在其表面均匀的抹上步骤2中留下的蛋白, 再撒上杏仁片
  • 5.入烤箱25到30分钟, 冷却至室温, 密封保存
